How to Measure
Find Your Natural Waist
Stand naturally and locate the smallest part of your waist — usually 1–2 inches above your belly button.
Measure Snugly
Wrap a soft tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it snug but not tight — you should be able to breathe normally.
Find Your Size
Match your measurement to the waist column in the chart to find your size.
Between Sizes?
Size up for all-day comfort. Size down for a more snatched, tighter training fit. When in doubt, go up.
Fit Tip
For the best fit, measure the smallest part of your waist while standing naturally. If between sizes, size up for comfort or size down for a more snatched fit.
